Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Toppings: granola, sliced bananas, diced mangoes, shredded coconut, fresh mint, and edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, frozen banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and chia seeds.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.

Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

Arrange your desired toppings artfully on top of the smoothie. You can use granola for crunch, more fresh mango, banana slices, shredded coconut, mint leaves for freshness, and even edible flowers for a colorful touch.

Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the tropical goodness!
