Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup crushed potato chips (like Lay's or Doritos)

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup brown sugar, packed

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 teaspoon salt

Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Pie Crust: Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Flute the edges if desired for a decorative look.

Combine the Filling Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed potato chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips. Toss to mix them evenly.

Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, and salt until well combined and smooth.

Combine and Pour: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated. The filling will be thick.

Fill the Pie Crust: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The edges should be golden brown.

Cool: Remove from the oven and allow the pie to cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Serve: Slice the pie and serve warm or at room temperature, optionally topped with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra touch of sweetness.
