2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1 tablespoon diced jalapeños (optional)

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon cumin

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix until smooth and well combined.
