Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup granola (your choice)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt: In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt). If you prefer a sweeter taste, stir in the honey or maple syrup.

Layer the Parfaits: In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a couple of spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add Granola: Follow with a layer of granola, about 2 tablespoons per glass.

Add Fruits: Add a layer of mixed berries and a few slices of banana on top of the granola.

Repeat Layers: Continue layering with yogurt, granola, and fruits until the glasses are filled, reserving some berries for the top.

Top It Off: Finish with a final layer of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and the reserved mixed berries. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately for a crunchy texture or refrigerate for a while if you prefer a softer texture.
