Ingredients

1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Prepare Strawberries: In another bowl, combine the diced strawberries and lemon juice. Gently fold this mixture into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring an even distribution of strawberries.

Roll Out Dough: Open the tube of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a lightly floured surface. Pinch together the seams to create a solid rectangle.

Spread Filling: Spread an even layer of the strawberry cheesecake filling over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Graham Cracker Crumbs: Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the filling for added crunch.

Roll Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.

Cut Rolls: Slice the log into approximately 8 equal pieces. Place the rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish.

Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Dust: Once baked, allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes then sprinkle with extra powdered sugar before serving.

Prep Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls
