Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 (12 oz) package of graham crackers

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and smooth.

In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of graham crackers, banana slices, and strawberries.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the pudding mixture on top.

Chill the strawberry banana pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the graham crackers to soften.

Before serving, garnish with additional banana slices, strawberry slices, and mint leaves if desired.
