Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise, mixing until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the chopped fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until the vegetables are evenly distributed throughout the creamy base.

Fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
