Ingredients

2 cups seedless grapes (red or green)

1/2 cup sour candy powder (such as sour sugar or flavored citric acid)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional for added tartness)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Rinse and Dry: Begin by rinsing the grapes under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Prepare Sour Coating: In a small bowl, mix the sour candy powder with a pinch of salt. If using lemon juice or honey/agave syrup, combine them in another bowl to create a sticky mixture.

Coat the Grapes: Dip each grape into the lemon juice mixture, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Then, roll the damp grape in the sour candy powder until fully coated. Place the coated grape on a parchment-lined tray.

Freeze the Grapes: Once all grapes are coated, place the tray in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 2 hours or until the grapes are completely solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the grapes from the freezer. Serve them immediately as a refreshing and tangy snack, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for your next cravings.
