2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

½ cup whole milk

1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan.

    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

      Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

        Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.

          Mix in Sour Cream and Milk: Alternately add the dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Pour in the milk and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

            Pour into Bundt Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

              Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon sugar. Sprinkle it over the top of the batter.

                Bake the Cake: Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

                  Cool the Cake: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
