Ingredients
  

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces (about 2 bars)

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Extra graham crackers, pretzel sticks, and/or fruit for dipping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly combined and crumbly.

      In a 9x13 inch baking dish or large cast-iron skillet, spread the chocolate chips and broken chocolate bars evenly across the bottom.

        Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer evenly.

          Add the graham cracker mixture on top of the marshmallows to create a little crust.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted and bubbly.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

                Serve warm with extra graham crackers, pretzel sticks, or fruit for dipping. Enjoy!
