Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups mini marshmallows

½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional: Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal later.

In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is fully combined and resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Once the crust has cooled for about 5 minutes, sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by a layer of mini marshmallows.

Place the dish back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and begin to brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before lifting it out of the dish using the parchment paper. Cut into bars.

If desired, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top before serving for an added flavor contrast.
