Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Pork Chops: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Sear the Chops: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. This step is optional but adds flavor.

Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

Add to Slow Cooker: Place the seared pork chops in the slow cooker. Pour the creamy ranch mixture over the top, ensuring that each chop is well coated.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Serve: Once done, carefully transfer the pork chops to a serving platter. Stir the sauce in the slow cooker and spoon it over the chops. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Enjoy: Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal!
