Ingredients

4 cups Rice Chex cereal

2 cups pretzel twists

2 cups popcorn (popped)

1 cup M&M's

1 cup vanilla or chocolate almond bark

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup crushed candy canes (for a peppermint twist)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, pretzel twists, and popcorn. Gently mix until evenly combined.

Melt the Bark: In a microwave-safe bowl, break the almond bark into pieces and microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted, stirring after each interval. Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.

Coat the Mix: Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal mixture. Gently fold the mixture with a spatula until every piece is coated in the chocolate.

Add the Goodies: Once the mixture is well-coated, add in the M&M's and crushed candy canes, mixing carefully to avoid crushing them.

Powdered Sugar Time: Transfer the mixture to a large resealable plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar and a pinch of sea salt, seal the bag, and shake well until everything is evenly coated with sugar.

Cool Down: Spread the coated mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Serve: Once cooled, break it into chunks and serve in festive bowls or gift it in clear bags tied with colorful ribbon.
