For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

For the cheesecake layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

1 cup peanut butter (creamy)

For the toppings:

1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars

1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

½ cup chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan evenly. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.

      Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and peanut butter until fully incorporated.

        Combine with Toppings: Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger bars and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the cheesecake mixture.

          Fill the Pan: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust, smoothing it out evenly. Sprinkle a few additional pieces of Butterfinger and Reese's on top for decoration.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour.

              Chill: Place the cheesecake bars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.

                Chocolate Drizzle: Just before serving, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, in increments of 30 seconds, stirring each time until fully melted. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled cheesecake bars.
