Ingredients

2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 1 lb)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, cooked bacon bits, chopped spinach, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12”x 16”.

Assemble the Bake: Spread the chicken filling evenly along the center of the dough, leaving about 2 inches of space on the sides. Be sure not to overfill to prevent leaks.

Fold the Dough: Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching the seams to seal well. You can also fold in the ends to ensure no filling escapes during baking.

Brush with Egg Wash: Place the chicken bake seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the top and sides with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Sprinkle Seasoning: Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top for added flavor.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Slice: Once baked, let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Slice into portions and serve warm.
