Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Add Cheese: Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit circle.

Form the Bombs: Gather the edges of the biscuit around the cheese filling and pinch them together to seal. Roll the biscuit into a ball and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Coat in Garlic Butter: Using a brush, coat the top of each cheese bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and fluffy.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, brush the tops again with any remaining garlic butter mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm, and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness burst from these delightful garlic butter cheese bombs!
