Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients
  

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme mixture)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

      Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Biscuits and separate them into individual biscuits.

        Flatten each biscuit slightly in your palm to create a small disc.

          Place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit disc.

            Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching to seal tightly and create a ball shape.

              Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are coated well.

                Place the coated biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

                  Brush any remaining garlic butter mixture over the top of the biscuit bombs before baking.

                    Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

                      Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
