Ingredients

2 packs (15.35 oz) of Oreo cookies, crushed

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup chocolate pudding mix

2 cups whole milk

Gummy worms (for decoration)

Edible plants or mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the cookies are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for topping later.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy and well-combined.

Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Combine with Pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and whole milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture, blending well.

Layer the Cake: In a large serving bowl or trifle dish, layer half of the crushed Oreo mixture at the bottom. Spread half of the cream cheese pudding mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of crushed Oreos and the remaining cream cheese pudding mixture.

Top It Off: Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on the very top of the cake for a “dirt” effect.

Decorate: Place gummy worms on top, letting some hang off the sides for a fun look. Add edible plants or mint leaves if desired for a fresh touch.

Chill & Serve: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld together and the dessert to set properly. Serve chilled and enjoy this delightful treat!
