Ingredients

1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Additional crushed Oreo cookies or colorful sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, combine the entire package of Oreo cookies and pulse until they turn into fine crumbs. If you don't have a food processor, you can place the cookies in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until fully incorporated and the mixture is dough-like.

Form the Balls: Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue until all the mixture is used (you should have about 20-25 balls).

Chill: Place the baking sheet with the Oreo balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until they are firm.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Coat the Balls: Remove the Oreo balls from the freezer. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Garnish: Immediately sprinkle the tops with crushed Oreo cookies or colorful sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.

Chill Again: Once all the balls are coated, return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to let the chocolate set.

Serve & Enjoy: Once the chocolate has hardened, serve the Oreo bliss bites on a platter and enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
