Ingredients

1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

½ cup chocolate chips (for topping)

Chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until all the crumbs are coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.

Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until just combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

Fill the Crust: Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Chill the Pie: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to firm up.

Garnish and Serve: Before serving, sprinkle the top with chocolate chips and chopped peanuts if desired. Drizzle with chocolate syrup for an extra treat. Slice and enjoy your delicious no-bake peanut butter pie!
