4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by slicing the cabbage, onion, and bell pepper, and mince the garlic and ginger. Set everything aside for easy access during cooking.

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

      Sauté the Vegetables: Add the sliced onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet with the beef. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened.
