3 cups cooked, shredded chicken

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup frozen corn (optional)

2 green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with olive oil.

    Prepare the Potatoes: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

      Mix the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
