Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Carefully flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Add Cheese Filling: Place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella and 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Form the Bombs: Gently fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to seal it and pinch it together tightly, forming a ball. Make sure no cheese is visible.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Bake: Place the coated biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish: Once baked, remove from the oven and brush any remaining garlic butter over the top. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.

Serve: Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
