Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for topping)

Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Begin by greasing an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal later. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil while stirring constantly, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, ensuring not to let it burn.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.

If desired, sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the fudge while it is still warm, gently pressing them in. You can also drizzle some additional melted chocolate over the top for a decorative touch.

Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then transfer it to the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Once set, cut the fudge into squares using a sharp knife. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of additional cocoa powder or chocolate shavings if desired.
