Ingredients

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined. Adjust the level of Sriracha based on your preferred spice level.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour half of the marinade over the salmon, reserving the other half for later. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Cook the Salmon: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove salmon from the marinade, shaking off excess. Cook salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until it reaches your desired doneness. If using a skillet, you can drizzle some reserved marinade over the salmon in the last minute of cooking for extra flavor.

Prepare the Bowls: While the salmon is cooking, divide the cooked jasmine rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with steamed broccoli florets and avocado slices.

Assemble the Bowls: Once the salmon is cooked, place one fillet on top of each bowl. Drizzle the remaining reserved marinade over the salmon and the rice/vegetable mixture.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle the bowls with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro, if using.

Enjoy your flavorful Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls!
