Ingredients

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Pork: In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork cubes and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Preheat the Pan: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook the Pork: Using tongs, take the marinated pork cubes out of the bowl, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the pork in the skillet in a single layer, taking care not to overcrowd the pan. If needed, cook in batches. Sear the pork for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Glaze the Pork: Reduce heat to medium, pour the remaining marinade into the skillet, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the pork evenly. Stir occasionally.

Serve: Remove from heat and transfer the garlic pork bites to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side for a zesty touch.
