Before diving into the cooking process, it's essential to gather all the necessary ingredients. Here’s what you'll need to create mouthwatering garlic butter steak bites:

Garlic Butter Steak Bites

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

Prep the Steak: Start by patting the steak bites dry with paper towels. This helps to get a good sear. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted and bubbling.

Sear the Steak Bites: Add the steak cubes in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Brown all sides for about 2-3 minutes, depending on your desired doneness (medium-rare works great). Remove and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter: In the same pan, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

Combine: Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together, ensuring the steak is coated with the garlic butter. Add the chopped parsley and, if using, red pepper flakes for added heat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy: Remove from heat and serve the garlic butter steak bites hot as an appetizer, or pair with your favorite side dish.
