Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or crushed nuts (optional for added crunch)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Stir well until fully blended and smooth.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the yogurt bark from sticking and make it easier to remove later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thick using a spatula.

Add Berries and Toppings: Evenly distribute the mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle granola and chia seeds or nuts on top if using, ensuring they're well scattered for balanced flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the sheet and peel it away from the parchment paper. Break it into pieces of your desired size.

Enjoy or Store: Enjoy immediately, or keep the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
