Ingredients

1 box of brownie mix (regular size, 18 oz)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour, stirring to mix well.

Add in the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated, and a thick batter forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop mounds of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops look slightly crinkled.

Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust them lightly with powdered sugar for a delightful finish.
