Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup Spinach, chopped (optional)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 large pizza dough balls (store-bought)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, spinach (if using), ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each pizza dough ball into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Divide the chicken mixture evenly and place it in the center of each rolled-out dough.

Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and then roll it up to encase the filling completely, creating a log shape. Pinch the ends to seal.

Place the chicken bakes seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a golden color while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve warm, and enjoy your homemade Costco chicken bakes!
