Ingredients

2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place them evenly in the greased baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish, making sure all pieces are coated.

If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top for added texture and flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and the tops are golden brown.

Meanwhile, warm the icing from the cinnamon roll cans in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make it easier to drizzle.

Once out of the oven, let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes, then drizzle the warmed icing over the top.

                    Serve warm and enjoy!
