Ingredients
  

2 large cucumbers, diced

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Feta cheese crumbles (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion.

    Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients together to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until well blended.

        Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss again to coat all the ingredients evenly.

          Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

            Serve chilled or at room temperature, topped with feta cheese crumbles if desired.
