4 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated erythritol (or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 large egg

½ cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Additional erythritol and cinnamon for sprinkling

Prepare the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated erythritol, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

    Make the Dough: In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

      Roll Out the Dough: Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.

        Spread the Filling: Carefully remove the top piece of parchment. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.

          Roll it Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, making sure to keep the filling inside. Use the parchment paper to help you roll it up tightly.

            Slice: Once rolled, slice the roll into approximately 1-inch thick pieces.

              Preheat and Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

                Brush and Sprinkle: Place the cinnamon roll slices on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle a mixture of erythritol and cinnamon over them.
