Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream and beef broth. Allow the mixture to gently simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold in the fresh spinach, allowing it to wilt slightly.

Mix with Pasta: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Serve: Spoon the creamy beef and pasta into bowls, garnishing with fresh basil if desired. Enjoy your delicious meal!
