Ingredients

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

¼ cup cinnamon roll icing (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Set aside.

Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add Flavors: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and powdered sugar until fully combined.

Add Nuts: If using, fold in the chopped pecans or walnuts for added texture and flavor.

Pour into Dish: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Drizzle Icing: Using a spoon, drizzle the cinnamon roll icing over the top of the fudge. Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the icing into the fudge for a marbled effect.

Chill the Fudge: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let the fudge chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the overhanging parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your delightful Cinnamon Roll Fudge!
