1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Cream the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer. Gradually add both granulated and brown sugar, beating until fluffy.

      Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, ensuring everything is well incorporated.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.

          Mix Together: Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture, combining until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.

            Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.

              Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

                Arrange on Baking Sheets: Place the coated cookie balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each for spreading.
