Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy cream

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Add Garlic and Season: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked beef. Sauté for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant. Stir in onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low, and add the butter to the skillet until melted. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined. Let the sauce simmer for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Pasta and Cheese: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, allowing it to melt into the pasta mixture.

Serve: Once everything is well combined and creamy, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm with extra cheese on the side if desired.
