Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 5 bars)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for a smoother melt)

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well incorporated and a sticky dough forms.

Form the Balls: Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used, spacing the balls about an inch apart.

Chill the Balls: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow the balls to firm up.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.

Dip the Balls: Remove the chilled peanut butter balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork or toothpick, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, making sure it is fully coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Set the Chocolate: Return the chocolate-coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle a little crushed Butterfinger on top for decoration before the chocolate sets.

Cool and Serve: Refrigerate the chocolate-covered balls for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens completely. Serve chilled and enjoy your sweet treat!
