Buffalo Chicken Pasta

8 oz penne pasta

1 lb chicken breasts, cubed

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

½ cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup crumbled blue cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

      Mix in the Sauces: Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to ensure the chicken absorbs the flavors.

        Combine Pasta and Cheese: Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet with the buffalo chicken mixture. Toss to combine. Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the pasta is well coated.

          Serve with Blue Cheese: Remove from heat and top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped green onions for garnish.
