Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 ripe banana

1 cup spinach (optional for added nutrients)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Fresh blueberries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Begin by rinsing the fresh blueberries under cold water. If using frozen blueberries, you can skip this step.

    In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, spinach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds.

      Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

        Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.

          Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with extra fresh blueberries and a sprig of mint on top for a beautiful finish.
