4 large russet potatoes

¼ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).

      Mix the Seasoning: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, sea salt, black pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well to create a seasoning blend.

        Coat the Wedges: Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture. Ensure every wedge is well covered.
