4 medium russet potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Wash and scrub the russet potatoes, then cut them into wedges (about 1-inch thick).

      In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.

        Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until fully coated.

          Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t overlapping.

            Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potato wedges, making sure to get some on each piece.

              Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.

                Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

                  Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving for an added burst of color and flavor!
