1 lb potato gnocchi (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

    Prepare the Gnocchi: If using frozen gnocchi, no need to thaw them; just toss them directly with the seasonings. In a bowl, combine the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Ensure all gnocchi pieces are well-coated.

      Air Fry the Gnocchi: Place the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding.

        Cooking Time: Air fry the gnocchi for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. They should come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

          Serve: Once done, remove the gnocchi from the air fryer and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
